Gaz, calm down, I have huge respect for Mike Ladle - if you read what I've posted you'll see that.
No, I was annoyed with you personally, for saying what sounded like "forget what this blokes going on about and read this lot instead" when it turns out Mike Ladle says EXACTLY the same thing as I'd been advising good old Martyn about.
But, there was NO snip at Mike Ladle or his website - I've met him and have the highest regard. I've also read all his stuff and he is at the forefront of our sport in his niche of it
Just a misunderstanding then mate, no harm done and lets call it quits.
