Weight is transferring to both feet and the left arm is about as far as it can go | Right arm is starting to punch forward and the left is starting to pull back. The main punch/pull is left until I am facing where I want the cast to go | The rod is pulled across the chest. Body weight is being thrown in to as weight is carried over onto the left foot |
