Right arm is punching up while the left hand is pulling back hard | The cast has been made and my not inconsiderable body weight has been added to the cast. Rod is held pointing to where the lead is going, ideally up at around 40 to 45 degrees | The follow through, track the line with the rod so there is minimum friction at the tip ring |
